Business Events

In April 2015 we organized a business event for a company in the chemical and industrial sector. We hosted 350 guests at the Bonnefantenmuseum in Maastricht. We completely transformed the museum to make it party proof.

We started two days prior to the event with the setup. Our decorator and our team  transformed the museum into a modern and stylish event-location. The “corporate identity” of our client was presented in the entire decoration and furniture. The combination of old and modern art with hip lounge – elements was breath taking.

Our guests were part of an exhibition  in the conference centre MECC. After the conference, our busses were a waiting outside the building to transfer them to the museum. Our hostesses welcomed the guests and accompanied them to the busses. After a short 5 minute-ride our guests arrived at the Bonnefantenmuseum.

The red carpet and our saxofonist made it a spectaculair arrival. Everyone get together on the spacious stairs of the museum, a very special location for a reception with aperitif and the welcome speech. The speech, which was given by the Director of the company was seen  on the live-feed LED screens with sound system.

Our catering partner served exclusive appetizers and beverages during the whole evening.

After the speech, the doors openen into the different rooms and the guests spreaded out, to discover the museum. The dinner was served as a walking dinner, with paintings as trays. In various corners we placed live cooking stands with different themes, such as Italian- or French cuisine.

At about 9.00 PM the cocktail bar opened its doors and the band began to play.  The band ‘Ladies – Live ‘ created a perfect party-mood, with their repertoire of disco classics and Top 40 hits. The dance floor wasn’t empty for a minute and the guests danced the whole evening.

From 11.00 PM the busses were ready to transfer back to their hotels in Maastricht. But … for the party animals the party went on until 2.00 AM.

The combination of culinary highlights, stylish furniture and decoration, musical entertainment and the personal touch of M-Event made this event a successful, professional and memorable business event.
