Grodan
[raw][slider_pro id=”96″][/raw] [intro] From 11 to 13 June 2007, the company Grodan arranged a meeting at Bilderberg Castle Vaalsbroek.. M-Event was asked to make a few beautiful days out of it! [/intro] For M-Event the creation of ‘The experience of Grodan’ started with a meeting at Bilderberg Castle Vaalsbroek. Together with the communication manager of Grodan they discuss how to organize a fabulous party. The idea is to get back to the early years of Grodan, the 70’s. During the meeting several options for music, actors, clothing and decorations are discussed.The project consists of three parts:
[intro]The movie[/intro]Based on the wishes of Grodan, the writer makes a script. M-Event takes care of the actor and all the required materials, in this case a car, a speedboat, a plane, a bike, a scooter, a coach and an ambulance. M-Event is busy to get all the vehicles and materials at the right place and the right time.
During the Meeting the movie will be presented. They’ll see how a courier the new Grotop Master- and Grotop Expert-mats are brought from the factory in Roermond to Castle Vaalsbroek. The guests see how the courier goes into the street of Vaalsbroek, then the driveway, into the meetingroom, and suddenyl he jumps trough the projection screen as a surprise!
After the movie presentation, the guests are invited to have a drink in the courtyard of Castle Vaalsbroek.
Exciting music is playing, and when all the guests arrived, the sky lights up with spectacular fireworks. Seven Banners fall from the windows on both sides of the castle. These banners show the new product names and logos. To conclude this part of the day green and blue streamers that are adapted to the music go over the crowd.
M-Event organises a complete 70’s party at the end of the meeting days. During the afternoon, several people are turning the meeting room into a real disco palace! The entrance is a disco gate with special lighting, the walls are decorated with pillars an coloured cloths and several paintings with typical seventies prints, including images from the movie Saturday Night Fever.
The employees were asked to dress in style of the theme of the evening… 70’s! The professional DJ and band Le Freak take care of the right ambience at the party. Le Freak already gives a warning: Your pants are becoming wider and wider, your collar is getting longer, your hair will curl and you can’t stop moving to the music!
The evening continues, and as you can see in the pictures, it was a pretty good party!
