During the workshop ‘Apemanagement’we pay attention to the behaviour that we display in our social work environment. By looking at the apes (for example in the GaiaPark), a species that is less subjected to culture, rational approach and shame, we are able to understand more of our own, sometimes non-rational, behaviour.
